Our take on the viral “75-Hard” challenge, Thrive by Social created a “7-Hard” version

to rethink and reset how you use social media. You can find the detailed challenge HERE

For seven days, you’ll limit screen time, build phone-free routines, and complete daily Thrive tasks like:

  • going on a walk

  • reading for 10 minutes

  • unfollowing draining accounts

  • writing 3 things you’re grateful for

    Each day ends with a quick reflection, helping you find balance and discover new ways to be productive while staying connected.

Day 1

Moving Your Body

Walking, biking, playing ping-pong, beach workouts - Day 1 was all about getting outside and being active.

Day 2

Slow Moments & Nature

Spending time with pets, visiting gardens, reading in the sun, tree climbing, and bike rides - finding peace in quiet moments.

Day 3

Creativity & Play

Painting, writing, juggling, cartwheels on the beach - this day focused on having fun, creating, and trying new things.

Day 4

Adventure & Exploration

Scuba diving, hiking, museum visits, and fitness classes - exploring new places and new ways to move.

Day 5

Connecting with Animals & the Outdoors

Goat cuddles, dog walks, mountain climbing, hikes - this day was all about being outside and connecting with living things.

Day 6

Sports & Performance

Mountain biking, schoolwork focus time, dance practice, softball, and soccer - thriving through movement and discipline.

Day 7

Reflection & Focus

Reading, golfing, filming, and presenting - a slower day centered on focus, mindfulness, and wrapping up the challenge with intention.
